What a great hotel! Everything was perfect & comfortable. Very friendly & professional staff in all departments. The location was also great, just a short walk from the airport link metro rail. I had an early flight into Bangkok and my plan was to just drop off my luggage at the hotel and hang around the city until check-in time at 2pm, but when I arrived they said if I'm prepared to wait a short time I would be able to check-in earlier, I relaxed in the lobby and within 20 minutes they had my room ready. This is service that goes above and beyond, this is just one of the reasons that makes Hotel De Bangkok such a wonderful place to stay. I definitely will be staying there on my next trip to Bangkok. Thanks again to all the staff at Hotel De Bangkok.

We had the pleasure of staying at "Hotel De Bangkok" on our recent trip, and I can confidently say it's an exceptional value for money. The hotel not only offers comfortable accommodations but also boasts a prime location that's a dream for anyone wanting to stay in the Pratunam area. Situated in the heart of this bustling district, it's a haven for shopaholics and explorers. With shopping centers and local markets within arm's reach, I found it incredibly convenient to immerse myself in the vibrant energy of Bangkok. What truly stood out was the wonderful balance between affordability and quality. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of adventures. And let's not forget the breakfast – a delightful spread that catered to a variety of tastes. The diverse culinary offerings were a great way to start the day on a high note. Equally impressive was the staff's dedication. They were genuinely attentive and hands-on, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Overall, "Hotel De Bangkok" exceeded my expectations, offering a fantastic stay that combined affordability, convenience, and a truly pleasant experience.

Got room upgraded free of cost. Requested for 1 double bed but there were 2 single bed, however porter quickly merged them but still there were 2 separate mattress causing inconvenience. They have drink station near reception which is very appreciated because you frequently need it in hot days, saves the headache of carrying big water bottles. Location is good near to all shops and Indian restaurant and 7/11 store. At distance of 2-3 KM there was road side night market which we enjoyed

Friendly smiling helpful staff, top of the list here. Breakfast is simple yet tasteful. 15min walk to Platinum Mall shopping area. Near main road, easy access for e-hailing rides. Aircond is cold and hot water shower works well. Water pressure is decent. 7/10. Toilet is clean and pleasing to the eyes. Room hallway and lobby is clean and no foul smell. Quiet neighborhood. Really pleasant to relax and wind down after a hot day outing and shopping. Lobby is well decorated and cozy. Price is affordable and we stayed 3 nights.

Breakfast has variety and yummy. Crew, sanitation, and preparation were well-managed. Room was spacious, homey, bed comfy, beddings and furniture ok, plus extraordinary interior design, hand soap/bath soap/shampoo always on refill and very good scent. Water, coffee and tea were always available. Other pampering fixtures included. Location is near the center of commerce, a bit interior site not so much exposed to pollution of main road, and near Pratunam.

The place is quiet and peaceful even if it is in the middle of a busy area. It is a 5 to 7 minutes walk to BTS skyline, 10 minutes to Indra Market, 2 minutes to closest 7Eleven, and several eateries right outside Soi 12. The staff was very humble and helpful. The room, including the bathroom, was clean. They had the basic tea/coffee making facility, refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. I would definitely recommend this place for people who want shopaholics and who want easy travel options.

We really liked the location. Its very close to Ratchaprarop ARL station which connects to BTS or MRT lines. Going to or from the BKK airport only takes about 25-30 minutes from the station. The breakfast food was also really really good. Staff has also been helpful and reliable even during odd hours they have night shift staff to help. We didn't have problems Checking in/out. No deposit fee was asked of us. Wifi is also fast and reliable.

Love the fact tt they provided many pillows im this hotel. Moat hotels would give 1 pillow person, this one provides 2 pillows plus 1 more throw pillow per pax. The pillows, beds and beddings are so comfortable. The location is great too! Staff at this place are very courteous and kind. Extended my stay for some hours due to a delayed flight with no hassle too! The place was very clean, room is spacious. Aircon gets cold really fast as well.

I loved the location, it was near Central World,The Market, Big C and Pratunam Market. It is also about 20 mins away from Suvarnabhumi Airport if you take Uber. The room was clean and smelled clean. I liked that they advocate sustainability. I also enjoyed their breakfast, they served different dishes everyday. Staff at reception was very considerate to let me check in a little bit earlier once the room was cleaned and allowed me to leave my luggage after check out. Porna...I forgot the name was very helpful to assist whatever was needed.

breakfast was excellent we loved it. And the security guard was very pleasant. Housekeeping person was excellent too.
